If your child isn't sleeping well, you've probably already tried the standard sleep training advice - and you're still here, still searching, still exhausted. That's because sleep struggles are rarely just about sleep.

At Whole Child Co, I look beyond behaviours and routines to understand the why behind your child's sleep - looking at oral function, airway, feeding, reflux, sensory processing, and your family's unique situation as a whole. As an Occupational Therapist also trained in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, infant and early childhood sleep quality, paediatric feeding and infant reflux, I can see how all of these connect — and that combination lets me identify and treat the real barriers to sleep, not just manage the symptoms on the surface.

Whether your little one is a baby still finding their rhythm or in primary school and they've well and truly outgrown the baby sleep advice and are still not sleeping well, there's a path forward that fits your family.

Nineteen years of clinical practice also means I rarely work in isolation. I'm well placed to communicate with your child's other healthcare providers - GPs, paediatricians, dentists, speech pathologists and bodyworkers to facilitate referrals where they're needed and coordinate a multidisciplinary approach, so everyone supporting your child is pulling in the same direction.

For hands-on, personalised support, my 1:1 consultations start with a thorough intake and lead to a detailed sleep plan built specifically around your child and family. If you're looking for ongoing guidance and a community of parents on the same journey, The Sleep Membership offers root-cause, nervous-system-informed sleep support built on the belief that there's always a reason — and that good quality sleep is achievable, one step at a time.

Online sleep consultations

All online sleep consultations begin with a thorough intake process. You'll complete a detailed intake form that goes far beyond sleep itself. I want to understand your child and family from every angle, not just how your child falls asleep or what their routine looks like.

I ask about pregnancy and birth, feeding history, food, skin, bowels, temperament, gross motor development, speech and language, sensory profile, medical history, breathing, and your family's social situation. Together, these give me a complete picture of your child and your family.

You'll also submit a series of photos and videos, of eating, sleeping, and playing, so I can observe your child as though I were right there in the room with you.

I review all the information before we meet on Zoom, where we'll discuss my findings and recommendations together and come up with an approach to sleep that addresses your goals and works for your unique child and family.

If your child's sleep is tangled up with reflux, we can look at this with a combined sleep and reflux package, since the two frequently go hand in hand (the only difference is that more information pertaining to reflux is gathered at intake)

Sleep Package includes:

  • Pre-assessment (as above)
  • Initial Zoom consultation (1.5–2 hours)
  • Detailed, personalised sleep plan
  • Support of 3 follow-up calls and 2 weeks of text support, to be used over the coming year (you don't have to use it straight away - we know good quality sleep doesn't happen overnight, and I want my support to reflect that)
  • Sleep + reflux package includes all the above

Sleep Mini includes:

  • Pre-assessment (as above)
  • Initial Zoom consultation (1 hour)
  • Email of key recommendations

If we have previously worked together with a sleep package, you can access ongoing support outside the one year follow up at an hourly rate - contact me directly [email protected]

The Sleep Membership by Whole Child Co

The Sleep Membership is a root-cause sleep solution for parents of 2–8+ year olds who've outgrown the typical baby sleep advice and are still struggling with sleep. Built on sleep science, nervous system understanding, and the belief that there is always a reason, the membership goes beyond quick fixes and generic sleep training scripts to help you understand what's really going on for your child.

Created by me, an Occupational Therapist and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist with over 8 years of experience supporting families, the membership gives you ongoing access to expert guidance, resources, and a community of parents navigating the same challenges - so you're never troubleshooting sleep alone. It's designed for the reality of family life: progress that builds steadily, support you can lean on when you need it, and a path forward that finally makes sense for your child.
