Your child can sleep, and sleep well. The kind of deep, restorative rest that has them waking refreshed and regulated, and changes how your whole family starts the day. You deserve to know what's been getting in the way.
A root-cause sleep program for parents of 2-12 year olds, built on sleep science, nervous system understanding and the belief that there is always a reason.
Co-regulation. Understanding. Gentle support that fits your family.
The experience behind this membership.
This membership is built from years of clinical training and hands-on practice with children and families, along with a deep understanding of how the whole child, including their body, brain and nervous system, shapes sleep.
Tash Duffin
Occupational Therapist & Orofacial
Myofunctional Therapist
I've spent years working with children and families where sleep is a daily struggle. The parents I work with are trying so hard, and often the real reasons underneath have never been identified. That's the gap this membership was built to fill.
My background spans occupational therapy, orofacial myofunctional therapy, holistic paediatric sleep, and paediatric feeding. What that means in practice is that I understand sleep from multiple angles at once: the nervous system, the sensory system, oral and airway function, and the whole child in front of me.
But I also know this from the inside. I'm a mum of three, with one neurodivergent child and two airway kids. Alongside my clinical training, I've lived it, navigated it, and found my way through it. That lived experience shapes everything about the way this membership is put together.
This membership brings all of that together into one place, so you don't have to piece it together yourself.
Qualifications & training
Occupational Therapist (BSc OT)
Qualified OT with a foundation in co-regulation, sensory processing, nervous system science, and paediatric development, always looking at the whole child in front of me.
Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist
Experienced in oral function, including breathing patterns, tongue function and airway development, and how these affect sleep quality in children.
Extensive experience in holistic paediatric sleep
Trained in paediatric sleep, with a root-cause, nervous-system-informed approach that looks at the whole child and everything shaping their sleep.
Training in paediatric feeding
Additional training in paediatric feeding, including the connections between oral function, gut health, and sleep that are rarely addressed in standard sleep programs.
How it can feel when you finally understand.
When you can see what's shaping your child's sleep, the way you experience the evenings starts to shift. This is what parents describe when the pieces start to come together.
You see your child more clearly. The stalling, the big feelings and the busy body at bedtime start to make sense. When you can see what's underneath, it becomes so much easier to meet your child with patience and warmth.
You feel steadier in the hard moments. When your child is dysregulated before bed, you understand what's happening in their nervous system. You have a sense of what they need, and a plan for how to respond.
You trust yourself again. You know your child's sensory profile, their temperament and which root causes might be relevant. That understanding lets you make decisions with confidence and let go of the constant second-guessing.
You know what to look for, and who to ask. If breathing, oral function or nutrition are part of the picture, you'll recognise the signs and understand your next steps, so you can move forward with clarity.
You feel like you're on the same team. With a rhythm built around who your child actually is, bedtime starts to feel like something you navigate together.
You have a framework that grows with your child. As your child changes and new challenges come up, you have the understanding to adapt. Every season builds on what you already know.
Simple, honest pricing.
This program is designed to help you truly understand your child. Real shifts in sleep happen when you build understanding layer by layer, and we want to give you the time and support to do exactly that.

A note on testimonials
A note on testimonials.
Normally this section would be full of before-and-afters. But as a registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA, professional advertising standards mean I can't publish testimonials that speak to clinical outcomes, including improved sleep, behaviour changes, or results from intervention.
What I'm able to share is feedback from the workshops and webinars I've run, and from the families I've supported in 1:1 sessions. What comes up again and again is how it felt. To finally have a framework for their child. To sit across from someone who could see their child clearly and reflect that back to them. To walk away with clarity, and with the sense that someone genuinely got it.
That's the thing about understanding your child at this level. It reaches well beyond bedtime.
A few things parents often ask.
My child is younger than 2, or older than 12. Is this still relevant for us?
A lot of the core content is relevant at any age, including nervous system regulation, temperament, root causes and sensory processing, and many parents of children outside this age range find real value in it. The specifics are written for children aged 2-12 and the challenges that come up across these years, so you won't find content on awake times, night feeds or newborn sleep, or on the changes to sleep that come with the teenage years. If you're comfortable with that, the overall framework is still genuinely useful, and we want you to go in with eyes open.
My child is 10. Isn't this mostly for little ones?
Not at all. Sleep difficulty doesn't always ease as children get older, and for some it becomes more noticeable as school, friendships and bigger worries come into the picture. The membership looks at what's driving sleep at any age in this range, whether that's a nervous system that struggles to switch off, sensory needs, breathing and oral function, or something else entirely. The tools are matched to your child's profile rather than their age, so they grow with them.
We've tried a lot of things. How is this different?
This membership focuses on the reasons underneath the curtain calls, the wake-ups and the resistance. Sleep science, nervous system regulation, sensory processing, breathing, nutrients and gut health are the layers that most sleep advice never reaches. When you understand what's actually driving the difficulty, the solutions become a lot more logical (and a lot more likely to stick).
Is this a sleep training program?
No. The approach is nervous-system-informed and neuroaffirming, which means co-regulation, connection and felt safety sit at the foundation of good sleep for children. Setting loving limits is part of Module 5, and it's approached with warmth and always in the context of your child's individual needs. You'll only ever be invited to do what feels right for your family.
My child is neurodivergent or has sensory processing differences. Is this relevant?
Absolutely. Neurodivergent children and children with sensory processing differences are often the ones whose sleep needs aren't met by standard advice, and this membership was built with those children deeply in mind. Module 3 covers sensory processing and the sensory cup in depth, and Module 5 gives you a full bank of sensory-matched strategies. The Sensory Profile Quiz helps you understand your child's specific sensory wiring, and the tools are designed to be flexible and profile-matched.
What if I have a question that's specific to my child?
That's exactly what the weekly live Q&A calls are for. Every Thursday you can bring your specific situation directly to Tash, and she answers written questions in the community every Monday. The community is also there for day-to-day questions and support, so you're never left alone with the content.
What if I can't attend the live Q&A calls?
No problem at all. You can pre-submit your questions before each Thursday call and Tash will answer them during the session, so you still get a response even if you can't be there in real time. Every call is also recorded and available as a playback inside the membership so you can watch it back whenever suits you. And if something comes up between calls, you can post your question in the community anytime. Tash answers questions in written format in the community every Monday.
How often are the live Q&A calls?
Every Thursday. Tash also answers questions in written format in the community every Monday, so there are two touchpoints each week where you can get direct support. You can post questions in the community anytime, whenever they come up.
How much time will this take? I'm already exhausted.
Almost always longer than you want. That's the honest answer. But you're here, and that first step matters more than people give it credit for.
The modules are designed to be worked through at your own pace, so you can take everything in at whatever speed suits your family. Most parents dip in and out, come back to things, and find that understanding builds gradually. The weekly Q&A calls and Monday community answers mean you have support along the way.
And it's worth asking the other question too: how much time (and sleep, and energy, and peace) will it cost to not get started?
