When the usual advice hasn't worked
You've done the routines, the charts, the earlier bedtimes and the later bedtimes. You've been consistent. Some things helped for a week or two, and then you were back where you started.
When sleep stays hard despite all that effort, it's usually a sign that something underneath needs attention. Your child's nervous system, sensory needs, temperament and breathing all shape how easily they fall asleep, stay asleep and wake feeling rested.
Inside The Sleep Membership, we look at sleep through three lenses: brain, body and breath. Understanding how they fit together for your child helps you put your energy where it will make the most difference.
For children aged 2 to 12
Sleep struggles don't always ease as children get older. Sometimes they simply change shape. The membership includes dedicated content and tools for both younger and older children.
For 2 to 7 year olds
Bedtime resistance, overnight waking, early rising, big feelings at bedtime, settling a busy body and so much more.
For 8 to 12 year olds
Bedtime worries and racing thoughts, screens and the shifting body clock, sleepovers and school camps, bedwetting, the signs of sleep disordered breathing that are often missed in older children and so much more.
Each age group has its own temperament quiz, sensory profile quiz and sensory solutions guide, so the strategies you use are matched to where your child is right now.
Why join the waitlist
The membership isn't open right now. When it is, the people on this list hear about it first, before it's announced anywhere else.
This could be a good fit if
- Your child is aged 2 to 12 and sleep has been a struggle for a long time
- You've tried the mainstream advice and it hasn't lasted
- Your child seems wired at bedtime, wakes overnight or wakes up tired
- Your child is neurodivergent or has sensory differences, and standard sleep advice has never quite fit
- You've noticed snoring, mouth breathing or restless sleep and wondered whether it matters
- You'd like to understand why your child sleeps the way they do, so you can respond with confidence
The experience behind this membership.
This isn't a generic sleep program put together from theory, or the same run-of-the-mill advice you can find anywhere online. It's built from years of clinical training, hands-on practice with children and families, and a deep understanding of how the whole child, including their body, brain and nervous system, shapes sleep.

Myofunctional Therapist
I've spent years working with children and families where sleep is a daily struggle, not because parents aren't trying, but because the real reasons underneath have never been identified. That's the gap this membership was built to fill.
My background spans occupational therapy, orofacial myofunctional therapy, holistic paediatric sleep, and paediatric feeding. What that means in practice is that I understand sleep from multiple angles at once: the nervous system, the sensory system, oral and airway function, and the whole child in front of me.
But I also know this from the inside. I'm a mum of three, with one neurodivergent child and two airway kids. I haven't just studied this; I've lived it, navigated it, and found my way through it. That lived experience shapes everything about the way this membership is put together.
This membership brings all of that together into one place, so you don't have to piece it together yourself.
Occupational Therapist (BSc OT)
Qualified OT with a foundation in co-regulation, sensory integration, nervous system science, and paediatric development, always looking at the whole child rather than just the presenting problem.
Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist
Experienced in oral function, including breathing patterns, tongue function and airway development, and how these affect sleep quality in children.
Extensive experience in holistic paediatric sleep
Trained in paediatric sleep, with a root-cause, nervous-system-informed approach that goes beyond conventional sleep advice to understand the whole child.
Training in paediatric feeding
Additional training in paediatric feeding, including the connections between oral function, gut health, and sleep that are rarely addressed in standard sleep programs.
Common questions
Is my child too old for this?
No. The membership supports children up to 12, with separate tools and lessons for 8 to 12 year olds. Older children often have sleep struggles that look different from toddler sleep, and those are covered specifically.
Is this sleep training?
No. The membership focuses on understanding the reasons behind your child's sleep and supporting them in a way that feels right for your family. There's no cry it out.
Does joining the waitlist commit me to anything?
Not at all. Joining is free, and you can decide when doors open whether the membership is right for you.
What if I have more than one child?
One membership covers your whole family, and the age-matched tools mean you can use them for each of your children.
