Finally, real answers for your child's sleep struggles

A gentle, evidence-informed membership helping parents of 2–8+ year olds understand and solve sleep for good.

If you're past the baby stage but still struggling with sleep, you're not alone — and you're not out of options. Older children need more than sleep training and routine. We need to look at the complexities of sleep, the nervous system, and root causes — finding solutions that truly fit your family and honour the whole child.

The experience behind this membership.

This isn't a generic sleep program put together from theory — or the same run-of-the-mill advice you can find anywhere online. It's built from years of clinical training, hands-on practice with children and families, and a deep understanding of how the whole child — body, brain, and nervous system — shapes sleep.

Myofunctional Therapist

I've spent years working with children and families where sleep is a daily struggle — not because parents aren't trying, but because the real reasons underneath have never been identified. That's the gap this membership was built to fill.

My background spans occupational therapy, orofacial myofunctional therapy, holistic paediatric sleep, and paediatric feeding. What that means in practice is that I understand sleep from multiple angles at once — the nervous system, the sensory system, the oral and airway function, and the whole child in front of me.

But I also know this from the inside. I'm a mum of three — one neurodivergent child and two airway kids. I haven't just studied this; I've lived it, navigated it, and found my way through it. That lived experience shapes everything about the way this membership is put together.

This membership brings all of that together into one place, so you don't have to piece it together yourself.
