Your host

Hi, I'm Tash. I think your child's sleep story deserves a closer look.

BSc Occupational therapy Orofacial myofunctional therapist Experienced in paediatric sleep Founder, Whole Child Co

My approach is different from most sleep education you'll come across, because I don't believe sleep struggles are usually just habit problems. I believe they're signals, and I've spent years learning how to read them.

I also came to this work as a parent myself, navigating sleep challenges that didn't fit the standard advice. That's shaped how I work with families as much as my clinical training has.

I work with families all over the world who have tried everything and still aren't getting answers. What I offer them isn't another method. It's a whole new way of understanding their child.

This masterclass is going to change the way you see your child's sleep.

Before you register

Is this for you?

This is for you if...

  • Your child is clearly exhausted but fights sleep every single night
  • You've tried sleep programs before and felt like something was still being missed
  • Your child's sleep has stayed hard, or gotten harder, despite doing all the right things
  • A professional has told you your child will "grow out of it," and years later, nothing has changed
  • You're just starting to look into this and want the full picture before you try anything else
  • You've always had a gut feeling there's more going on, and you're ready to find out what

This is not for you if...

  • You're looking for a quick fix or a stricter bedtime routine
  • You want a method that treats every child the same
  • You're happy with generic advice

There are plenty of those out there. This isn't one of them.

The question that changes everything: not "how do I get my child to sleep" but "what is making sleep hard for my child?"

Let me in!!!

Before the masterclass

A few things parents ask

I can't wait until the masterclass. What can I do in the meantime?

I completely understand. When sleep has been hard for a while, waiting even a few more days can feel like a lot.

So once you register, you'll get access to a short audio series I've recorded to walk you through how I think about children's sleep. There are six episodes, each just a few minutes long, so you can listen in the car, on a walk or while you're folding washing. Over the series I share:

  • Why sleep reaches so far beyond bedtime, into your child's day and your whole household
  • Why poor sleep is so often a symptom, and what that means for the advice you've been given
  • What can actually help when routines haven't been enough
  • Three often overlooked pieces of the sleep puzzle: the nervous system, sensory processing and the airway
  • One simple change you can make at home straight away
  • Two stories from families with children of different ages, and what shifted when they looked deeper

By the time the masterclass comes around, you'll already have a feel for my approach, and you'll get so much more out of our time together.

Is this relevant for my child's age?

The masterclass is designed for parents of children aged 2-12. Whether your child is a toddler who has never slept well or a ten year old who lies awake for hours, the clues I'll share apply across this whole age range.

I've tried everything. Will this just be more bedtime routines?

No. If routines, charts and consistency were going to solve it, they would have by now. The masterclass looks at what might be sitting underneath your child's sleep difficulty, so you can stop trying harder at the things that haven't worked and start understanding what's actually going on for your child.

Is this sleep training?

No. My approach is root-cause focused and nervous-system-informed. There's no controlled crying and no blame, just a deeper look at your child and what they need to feel safe enough to rest.
